As Technical Writer your repsonsibilities would include organizing, outlining, writes and edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications in print or electronic media by performing the listed duties.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the process of production of technical documents included in the product delivery and written responses to customers and partners
  • Responsible for the quality of the content in documents like Technical Product Descriptions, Feature Specifications, User Guides, System Administration Manuals, etc
  • Write content in documents included in product launches based on information from design documents and discussions with developers
  • Edit documents included in product launches
  • Assist the product management team regarding written material
  • Maintain and improve the documentation process
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Proven track record in writing and managing technical documents
  • Understand, speak, read and write English fluently
  • Strong communication skills are essential in the performance of this job
  • Basic understanding of what the .NET framework is and how it works
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Outlook)
  • Macromedia Robohelp
